To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
  • The request is submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • The item(s) is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with the product).
  • You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number.
Please note that personalized or custom items (if applicable) are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
2. How to Request a Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing times—typically 1-3 business days for credit cards, and up to 5 business days for PayPal or other digital payment methods.

All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollars), matching the currency used for the original purchase. This ensures there are no unexpected currency conversion fees or discrepancies for you.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong scent, wrong size), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a free return and either send a replacement item or process a full refund (including original shipping costs) at your choice.
  • Refunds will not include any expedited shipping fees paid for the original order (unless the expedited shipping was part of a defective or incorrect order).
